“We had a great stay even with temperatures in the 90’s. Our grandkids did some fishing off the dock and we caught 4 species. Bluegill, perch, catfish , and carp. They had a blast. We had other family with boats and they could dock at the cottage and visit. We had a cook out and the deck was good for a gathering of family. Bren was an outstanding host. Cottage is an excellent value for a family trip ”

“My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Charlie’s place! When we checked in there was a lovely sweet treat the owners had left for us from the local farmers market! Charlie’s Place is fully stocked with all the things you could need! They also had fresh ground coffee from a local roaster and creamer to get our weekend started! Everything was clean and in pristine shape! The owners were very communicative and answered questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough……

Great view of the golf course but you’re not in line of fire from a bad shot based on the position of the green and T-box. The view of the lake is nice too. ”

Everything worked well, from the showers to the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I have to say the photos do not do this space justice. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open concept, which cannot be captured in one picture alone. It's really beautiful. And the covered deck off of the dining room is great.
